It all started with a suggestion.
My sister in law suggested that I pick up the hobby and start to bake sourdough. I truly enjoy being in the kitchen. I can whip up an easy meal and make it decadent or take my day and my time and make a huge fucking mess baking. Sometimes they come out great and other times they are so so. To be honest I just enjoy the process and seeing other people enjoy my labor of love. Anyway, my sister in law likes to watch videos and she saw some videos of people baking sour dough bread. She said that it looked delicous and the process it right up my alley.
I was very hesitant and thought oh hell no this girl is crazy but then I started to watch videos on my own. Just like everything else on social media, once you look something up, it all just starts to pop up from every which direction. Video after video, it just drew me in and I thought to myself.. Why not? What do I have to lose and maybe I can perfect the process and make some extra money? Money is what drove me to begin the process and I took a leap of faith and started my Sourdough Journey…
